There is no growth. Its been 2 years i was working with this company. No Increment No Bonus. On diwali i got 50rs wala tea cup as diwali gift. There is no medical leave or casual leave. You just have one leave a month in case of emergency. No proper holiday list. If public holiday tomorrow you have to ask your reporting manager every time. If you don’t ask for they will not inform you personally. You will got to know when you reached to the office. They don’t value there employees at all....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
