Bad work environment and culture. Teammates are not supportive and the management is not transparent. Company policies are not good appraisal are not fair and they are not give good salary hike and no bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Dislikes

They just hire everyone and take learning from them and ask to leave without giving any notice. There is no job security and the pay scale is pathetic. If they want you to join they agree on all t&c,soom the guy joins them every commitment made become forgotten stories.
