Each and every aspect of the organisation is centralised to a single person who is the owner of this group, each and every decision is taken by the MD itself, this organisation has grown up to be on a larger scale with various verticals of business but still they treat it as small time workshop. Work pressure is very high but I think it is the case with all the private/public sector companies specially of such industry. Also it depends upon an individual how much he takes pain/ownership of his role.
