Today I have completed 1 year at sunSTRATEGIC, and what a glorious year it has been! I feel like, I have grown so much during this time, and I'm glad it happened at sunSTRATEGIC. This is a great place to work, given the work culture, the quality of work, the management and so much more! It has helped me polish my work as well as personal skills to a great extent. I started this amazing journey as a part of the ORM team and slowly and surely progressing through positions. I am now the head of four departments, namely ORM, Call Monitoring, Creatives, and Social Media Marketing. sunSTRATEGIC provided me the perfect environment to take me from the top of these departments, letting my creativity flourish, and even helping me execute it. This has been one of the best professional years of my life and I hope to witness many more right here at sunSTRATEGIC! This company lacks skills in employee management, which I feel is a huge setback. Management does not have a healthy professional relationship with the employees. Honestly, while working with sunStrategic, I felt like a slave because apparently you are not allowed to talk to other employees, you are not allowed to take breaks for more than 15-20 minutes (even if you work for 12 hours a day!!!). The CEO is unprofessional and manipulative and had serious issues and professional disagreements with many ex-employees. The work environment is extremely torchering and work-life balance is zero, which is why majority of the employees don't stick around for more than a year (because employees wouldn't get their experience letters, if they leave the company before completing a year)...Read More
