Glad to be working at this company - I had to leave my previous job during COVID for some personal reasons and was jobless for around 3 months. Luckily, I grabbed the opportunity to work at Sunstone and joined on an immediate basis. I was working from home until all the employees were called back to resume our work from the office. It was a good transition to resume office and having light-hearted conversations after all. Good work environment and support from management. Founders are good and have vision to make it big. They promote good culture, motivate people, and welcome innovative ideas.

Company has a hierarchy and greasing is required. Management below the founders take decisions on egos and not sure what to do. They will bash you and would throw you out in no time.

The company has a terrible work culture powered by a few top management personnel. The senior mangers are very rude and no work life balance. No as such positives to share here.
