I appreciate the fact that although sometimes it gets stressed, but the management tries to keep us motivated. The HR team organizes events and wellbeing programs. Sunstone gives good opportunities to learn for career development. If you’re a fresher joining the sales team, you’ll be given proper training before actually getting into the work. Responsibilities are less in the beginning, but with time, more tasks will be given to counselors. I completed a year this month at Sunstone, and I get to manage a bunch of students in their enrollment for UG/PG admissions. I worked from home for some months during covid and there was not much pressure at that time. I have gained good experience and knowledge by being a part of Sunstone....Read More

I am fortunate to be part of this organization as it is both an energetic and motivating space.
