The work culture is so good, senior employee are so understanding and friendly, flexibility will be there, it will make you forget about all the cons. But once you spend 1 year then these things will get to you.

Appraisals are very poor, they don't appreciate their employees, some departments are more favoured than others, you'll be very under appreciated, they won't increase your salary but would not feel a bit remorse while increasing your work. Odd saturdays are working. If you're in tech team then the world is very good for you, you won't do any work, you'll make fake promises give fake timelines and solutions. And if in any other department you'll regret your decision....Read More
