They use people like tissue paper and they are litterelly bloodsuckers, micro-management, poor hierarchy,Poor Management and top managers are from irrelevant industries and they don't know manage and treat the employees properly,no recognition,what ever they said you have to do low profile jobs.

I only like about the company is they give the Salary on time. My team was the best.

1.There are many things which an employee has to suffer here. Firstly there is no Job security here, its been 5 years the company has started but they are not yet well structured and they keep on changing the process. 2. A lot of internal Politics inside. 3. No work ethics and professionalism. 4. They can fire you anytime as its a seasonal business. 5. Very very poor incentive structure for sales guys. 6. They appreciate their employees every month with handful amount of incentives, the higher authority is very good and I do like the work culture. Provide salary on time.

Dislikes

Commitment issues are there when it comes to working remotely. Partiality among old and new employees and even gender partiality too. Not in all states or centres I can say but at under whom I worked they were partial.

The work culture is so good, senior employee are so understanding and friendly, flexibility will be there, it will make you forget about all the cons. But once you spend 1 year then these things will get to you.

Appraisals are very poor, they don't appreciate their employees, some departments are more favoured than others, you'll be very under appreciated, they won't increase your salary but would not feel a bit remorse while increasing your work. Odd saturdays are working. If you're in tech team then the world is very good for you, you won't do any work, you'll make fake promises give fake timelines and solutions. Company has a hierarchy and greasing is required. Management below the founders take decisions on egos and not sure what to do. They will bash you and would throw you out in no time.
