There are lot of demerits to consider, which if management will take care then this organization has high potential to grow in the future as compared to what it is right now (year-2022). Proper trainings should be given to new comers, appreciation, work acknowledgement, encouragement is lacking from management side and apart from that everything is good but if you're a kind of a person who expect some appreciation in return of your hard work or if you want that your hard/smart work should be acknowledged then you might feel disappointments. So you always have to clap for yourself and you have to back your own-self. You have to keep your moral and self-motivation high and always look for the better learning opportunities as much as you can and doing so will ultimately make you more worthy and better improved and evolved person in your personal as well as professional life which will help you to face LIFE.
