I've joined sunrise as a fresher in the year of 2020 and started working with sunrise as QA/QC Engineer and this journey led me by so many learnings, good and bad experiences. There are lot of demerits to consider, which if management will take care then this organization has high potential to grow in the future as compared to what it is right now (year-2022). Proper trainings should be given to new comers, appreciation, work acknowledgement, encouragement is lacking from management side and apart from that everything is good but if you're a kind of a person who expect some appreciation in return of your hard work or if you want that your hard/smart work should be acknowledged then you might feel disappointments. So you always have to clap for yourself and you have to back your own-self.
