Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I like the people in SunPower, my teammates, the production people and the management. Also i liked the training that SunPower given to us not only for the support group but the whole employee of SunPower, I can say that I become a better person because of SunPower. And next the most I liked is the benefits- 1st is the HMO including my parents. 2nd is the subsidy every month, 3rd is the leave conversion 4th is the comfortable shuttle 5th is the company event (family day, Christmas Party, EHS Day and etc. ) 6th is the voice of the customer or the employees in SunPower 7th is the travel 8th is the Work life Balance - I love my work schedule in SunPower, 9nth the Coop and gymnasium and Last is the Safety that we have in SunPower....Read More

Sunpower Phils.is more about innovation. Mission is living in safer environment. Salary/appraisal I can say it’s good every employee deserve the appraisal they give. Work life balance is absolutely great ..you can easily balance family and work because of the work schedules.
