Job secure is more because of company trainees. Work is learn more knowledge and improve skills. This company management was maintained low. Company policy’s is more prohibition period. And low salary , more work. Mainly holidays not properly maintained. Overall this job in gained more work and less salary given.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
