Sundaram wey and culture is very High.Recently within 6month there is huge changes in management.culture and valu is losting day by day.But behind the coin one man which is Fild officer he will do everything.collection , business, reposition everything.also he will handle a large area covered by own .but end of the day anything going to wrong entire blame is on FO .No apparition is there . Work satisfaction is going to less due to pressure of both collection and business With one staff.No separate collection team.Promotion is very poor compair to other companies.
