The thing which I liked is lost, the USP of Sundaram is gone, no value for talent, only favourism works here. The atmosphere has worsened in the last 4 years and is going to be worse in the coming days too.

Sundaram wey and culture is very High.Recently within 6month there is huge changes in management.culture and valu is losting day by day.But behind the coin one man which is Fild officer he will do everything.collection , business, reposition everything.also he will handle a large area covered by own .but end of the day anything going to wrong entire blame is on FO .No apparition is there .
