I don't find anything which anyone can like but yes there are some points which is 1--canteen provides you a good meal 2--you will have to work only 8 hrs 3--HR dept. seems to be helping in nature

1--Career growth is very low 2--you will get a apprenticeship certification which is no use at all 3--they don't even hike your salary. They are just paying around 10k only 4--they are very reluctant to change your department 5--sometimes line head will abuse you for nothing (especially in production) and if you complain about this then they will justify it by saying yar this is haryana culture
