Good pay as a fresher candidate, that only if you are not from far away state then it will be somewhat affordable

Dislikes

Work load and good practice expectations from senior workers without providing enough training, canteen provides worst food, no tea break

Working in Sunpharma is not bad at all. There are lots of things we can learn and expand our ideas to whole new level. The company policies are quite strict and work culture is hectic.

Dislikes

The worst thing is Sunpharma hires local employees as an apprentice and make them work for every small works which is not acceptable. Moreover some of them don't know how to behave well with there collegues.
