Good and professional working culture, the teammates are very supportive. The yearly hikes are average. There is no good place to hangout like good cafeteria and all, but the office is located inside in the ashram premises that makes the environment close to the nature.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
