My reporting manager Pavan Chavan was really helpful. I being a rookie he didn't treat me different than others, he always tried to guide me wherever required. All in all the company environment was fine but it was the team which I enjoyed the most.

Dislikes

The environment was dull and old school where I worked the most. Their recent premises at Aundh is really good.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
