I am working on behalf of GI staffing contract but lot of things to learn, good culture, global exposure, global team support very much appreciable, but huge difference in contract & onroll salary. No work life balance, managerial micro managing, working on Saturdays and Sundays, less salary compared to market, travel everyday to Kondhapuri location which is hectic, no growth prospects, no hybrid work, company culture is horrible. You will have to travel everyday to office 60km but no hybrid work.

Dislikes

No new skill learning No career growth Monotonous work and very small part of whole process, so overall understanding of product is less and limited skillset used. Difficult to find job outside because of lack of multiple common skills. A lot of politics and favoritism typical Indian Company. Almost flat hierarchy so no scope to become TL and manager also old people are not leaving.
