Role & responsibilities

1. Cost Reduction and Productivity -Improvements to reduce costs and drive productivity enhancements.

2. Efficient Material Flow Timely Unloading, receiving, storage and delivery of materials to production.

3. Safety Compliance Ensuring Safety and operational guidelines are met.

4. Inventory Control-Reporting/Metrics -Cycle count, ensuring accurate & reporting perpetual of stored Matl.

5. Continuous Improvement & Technology Utilization – Improvement activities across functional areas, foster growth & efficiency, Adherence to SAP & Asset tracking system

Supervision & Productivity – Working with plant management & Supervisory staff -assign, direct review, and monitor work to maximize productivity in the warehouse and shipping department

Desired experience and qualifications

Work experience: 15-20 Yrs in Managing stores of Manufacturing Industries with SAP

Expertise (e.g., professional, technical): Professional expertise in cycle count and Warehouse operations

Education: Level: Bachelor’s degree Subject: XX Certifications: Inventory, Operations & Lean process

Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi Fluent in above languages

Soft skills: MS Office, SAP & ERP systems, Visual Management Dashboards through Advanced tools

Other:

Capable of Handling Inventory around 300-500 Cr.

Proficient in managing computerized systems for manufacturing, materials, production planning, procurement, and distribution.

Proactively drives change, fosters a team-oriented environment, and applies lean methodologies.

Decisive, flexible, and skilled at resolving conflicts and motivating staff.

Prioritizes internal customer needs and handles multiple tasks efficiently.

Finds solutions for unique challenges and understands material flow in assembly plants.
