Job insecurity at top level...but low level no problem..no promotion.no growth.stick to work same position for somany years till to retire..but if you like more work pressure then It's else skip.

My work is very chalenging,high pressurised its 24x7 work..to maintain 35+team,30 no's machine conditions,maintains preventive,breakdown maintenace.day to day life cycle,operations.I like challenging work..i did lot of challenging works here.
