Good organization, as a IT travel 60% in month, work environment nice. I work last 10 years with Suguna and work life is enjoy with Suguna.

Dislikes

Depending at employee. If employees complete his job on time then no pressure will create or Managment will happy. If employees not complete his job on time then employees get the pressure or stress.
