Thank God.. I left that place before it left any mark on me. I used to cry every day while getting ready. My father told me to leave the job but we needed the money that time. Really I felt bad for leaving my talented children in such ruined place. My biggest regret is that I just couldn't do anything about that , maybe I was weak idon't know,but I'll keep on posting this review until the place gets better. They don't even let the teachers teach. Sometimes Principal calls during the class only (actually not sometimes, EVERYTIME). There's also too much politics going around. Toxic environment. If even the teachers create the slightest mistake, she will mark big "P" in their register which means Punishment and then that day salary will be deducted. We are not even allowed to make a mistake and not even the students. I knoww..that the schools are now the Business firms but this is just not good. Team mates r not cooperative No job security.They show salary in a huge amount but take back the rest amount from the teachers.
