Likes

The perfect work life balance, two weekly offs for even production engineers in shift. Responsibilities are showered and groom you professionally. Salary is credited always on time, HR team is helpful.

Dislikes

Due to production load, performance pressure is intense. Everything has to be done right, otherwise it would be difficult to hear the scolding from bosses.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
