Everything. No process. No SOP. No one is ready to follow the processes from higher level to lower level in any department. No job security. Very high Local public & political influence. Your CTC shows high figure but actually u get very less amount. HR misguide at the time of joining on everything, If u get colony residence then your taxes will be get calculated on hypothetical additional amount and high deductions in salary. No fair promotion Activity. Even your KRA ratings are good you will not be recommended for promotion from your boss until you ask Or demand. After resignation harassment starts from HR. HR will not support for exit clearance. Ask for details of your next company and if you not provide the same then starts threatening to hold full & final, reliving until u provide the details....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
