Hr is interested to hear reason from employee why they are leaving the organization early ,but not interested working on the root cause that due this toxic People (manager) who don't even know how to talk , they are creating toxic work environment there.if HR is really concern abt the scenario they should discuss and get feedback from new joinee what problem they are facing .if they do this they wil found that 8 out of 10 new employee start searching new job after 1 month of joining.
