This is production company so there first preference given to production. And Sudarshan engineering departments are really too much more quick and greats. Time is money for management of Sudarshan. For learning 4 to 5 years there is best opportunity to work here.

To Engineering departments management give too much less time. There is no any chances for being permanent employee here.
