not good Salry/ no bonus / no holiday no leave no personal time . always phone rings and your personal space disturbed. Outstation travel by self - claim to be deducted by senior reporting manager,DA not provided adequately ( only one time meal can purchase in amount they provide)

Subway is a good brand. The owner of Master franchise is managing it very very poorly

Dislikes

Poor grade leadership team from Ex- Dominoes, lead by Tarun Bhasin who has filled all team members from his closed group of relatives and friends. Can you imagine the marketing head doesn't have a marketing degree but a hotel management degree.Tarun needs all Yes men around him. Attrition is above 30%.If yiuvhave better option avoid Subway India

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?
