There is good atmosphere for work. But the company policies are not good, valuations are not fair and there are no regular facility of good salary increase and bonus.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management does not find a solution to our issues. Work wise salary is very less. career growth is not very good. There is pressure to overtime, for which money is not paid. On the job training is given to new employees.
