Subros is a very bad company for apprentice. Under apprentice, Subros doesn't give any training. They made us labour. There is no growth and any knowledge. They took very hard work from employees.

There is no growth and any knowledge here. They also force employees to do extra hours work for 12 hours or 16 hours. They force apprentice employee to do hard work for more production. And also the company do not give leave to the employees when the employees have any urgent work.
