Likes

Work Life balance for some of the support department are amazing. But on the same side for person related to production their life became hell.

Salary - Good
Job security - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Good
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Nepotism. Only people comes from senior referal are enjoying. Other than that, only 5% is the slab for increment. Means low increments in comparison to competitors.
