Company management is very active. Go systems on board. Start of year AOP are made. Regular meeting to know the status of AOP. Finance team is very strong. Opportunity to work with Outside consultants. Very innovative in cost saving measures.

Engineering is not very strong. All engineering functions are challenged by Costing deptt. To implement a small project series of approval required but at each stage same person or team of person giving approval in the name of different committee. For engineering professionals growth is limited or not there.

Work Details

Working in PE team. My job is to do new project estimation , specification, management approval, calling quotes, ordering in coordination with purchase, execution, performance measurement, handover. Very hectic schedule, very boring, no appreciation.
