This auto motive air conditioning company. The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I lov the fact that I am a part a team that markets reliable high-quality product.the company is joint venture of Maruti Suzuki and Denso. They are many good policy in this company such as training, education, and career building. I am very happy to a part of in subros.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12- 14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend meeting. No anyone guide to future growth. I shamed for bad politics in shop floor.

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire product making and delever to customer. I have 20 map power in my team and also I am a team leader. My idea and knowledge for using company profits and I will recognise

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
