I lov the fact that I am a part a team that markets reliable high-quality product.the company is joint venture of Maruti Suzuki and Denso. They are many good policy in this company such as training, education, and career building. I am very happy to a part of in subros.

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12- 14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend meeting. No anyone guide to future growth. I shamed for bad politics in shop floor.
