I liked company policy and work environment. There is DOJO Really needful and skill development area for a fresher. Training programme for all employees is very appreciating.

Dislikes

If you ask me, then I think management thinking and low growth was the most important factor to leave Subros, unless everything seems good.

I worked as an assistant engineer in production department. There was very struggle for me in starting, but after learning all things it was really interesting. There I learnt many many things. My senior was really appreciating.
