The company is open to Innovative designs. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable and has a local client base. Another plus point is you can work here as one man army. For a project there is full freedom if you are willing to do proof read, Design, Pre-production and post press, go through on present market trends for book designs.

Dislikes

Compensation is bad and growth is worst. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes i have to work 12+ hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls int he evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths. I do recieve appreciation emails from my clients but company MD mostlygo unnoticed during my appraisals. Also there is no on-job support, which is a pain sometimes....Read More

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as i have to look after the entire production. Graphic Design, Visualizer, Proof reader, Followup with clients, followup with art teams. A great learning experience.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
