Working here looks like you are working in a lala type shop . Lots of pressure due to internal politics . On the name of Management they crush their employees . No job security . Any time they can fire you .

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
