I think this is the worst company i have ever worked it. The higher management team treat people like they are not human. They make people work post their shift hours and also manipulate then to work on weekends and if you dont wanna work they will make you feel guilty for not working on weekends. I think they should change the working days from 5 days working to 7 days working as most of people already work on every single weekend. I think the work never ends in study group and higher management thinks that making people doing overtime can solve this. The higher management is too manipulative. There is so much office politics and if someone wants to go to the HR to complain about management, they will just simply ask them to leave the organisation before completing their notice period. Also you will never get promoted as a manager or assistant manager if you know how to work but you will only get promoted only if you know how to butter the senior managers. They operation's management also treat the support teams like they are here to work for them.
