Good work environment and culture, teammates r supportive and management is transparent. There is highly modified work place. Company policies are good , appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. And also they given the casual leave encashment also.

Processes are like old government office, and process steps require approval from management in writing for the simplest of things and at multiple points. The employees are so burdened with processes that actual efficiency of works is much less than 50%. Each department has a waiting list of tasks to be done in a specific way so getting even simple tasks in the comapny is painfully slow.
