Only old employees has ruled over the years no opportunity for new employees. They just use and throw policies. First 9 month probation then extension and extension and finally termination. A big tragedy happens if you join the company.

Only hyped from outside.... From inside still works like a fortune shop.... No system/heirarchy in organisation... No team work... Everbody is working just enough to save his/her respective job..... A typical laala company... Don't go for outer look....

There is a lots of things for learning. I have learned a lots in my 3 year during period if you want to learn in your profession then can join Studds. It is a good place for learning ànd your career growth.
