The WAY by management ignore the problems of employee which is fabulous. Canteen facilities which does not exist. Way of talking of senior's specially VP & 12 hours job which is mind blowing.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. Processes are like old government office, and process steps require approval from management in writing for the simplest of things and at multiple points. The employees are so burdened with processes that actual efficiency of works is much less than 50%. Each department has a waiting list of tasks to be done in a specific way so getting even simple tasks in the comapny is painfully slow.
