Hello Friends, today I will share my review about a company whose name is Studds Accessories Ltd. This company looks good from the outside but if you know the truth underneath you will be shocked, this company is not for any employee, only the management can survive in this company because they do not allow outsiders to survive. I have years of corporate experience but I have never seen such a poor company till date. There will be a lot of exit when you join this company but after some time you will feel that there is no guarantee of job in me or you will not know when you will be fired from the company. There are many stupid people in this company but I have given you my review. I joined this company as Deputy Manager or my senior was Vinod or Vinod's senior was Hemlata Sagar. No one knows what khichdi these two cook for each other Even the managing director doesn't know These two planned the whole day how to get me out of the company. Both of them made a plan that day to expel me from the company, then both of them took the help of HR, then HR called me after office hours or told me today is your last working day or at that time I am shocked because I am also a human being. It takes time to accept the decision. HR also involve in the whole matter name is Jyoti Puri she has been working in the same company for 20 years or does she consider herself to be her father's company? I request all of you that before joining this company, do discuss with any ex-employee who will share exact report about this company otherwise you will lose your mental balance. family relation etc. And let's end this in short, there can't be a worse company than this. Someone spent his entire life in building this company, but the mistake they made was that they hired these people who are taking the company backward. One of the finest organization. Team mates are supportive and management is nice as far as infra is concerned, it is far better than other organization. Salary and hike is good even you will get increment after 9 months of completion in the organization.

Processes are like old government office, and process steps require approval from management in writing for the simplest of things and at multiple points. The employees are so burdened with processes that actual efficiency of works is much less than 50%. Each department has a waiting list of tasks to be done in a specific way so getting even simple tasks in the comapny is painfully slow.

Please do not join this company for money purpose. Your boss will act like company MD. No timing for work. Aane ka time hai but jaane ka koi time nahi. Unnecessary work load. Worst culture and environment. It's like you are in a jail.
