You always under cctv surveillance. There is canteen facility but you have to pay 800 rupees. This is a good company for those employees who knows buttering and have no self respect.

Zero percent job security, company throw out employee immediately when they are want without any reason and notice period. Owner always interfere in every little task with junior level employees like peon, swiper, executives. Md cmd use abuse with their employees. Company is big but owner mentality is very low. There is 650 cameras.They're takes 3 person work with single employee. Strict timing. If come 1 minute late after 9.30 you will get half day leave. They're terminate immediately junior to plant head level employee without any reason. Morning time is fixed but evening time not. Late night stay daily. Before joining kindly discuss with ex employee or current employee. All employees are thief and froud in the owner eyes....Read More

Processes are like old government office, and process steps require approval from management in writing for the simplest of things and at multiple points. The employees are so burdened with processes that actual efficiency of works is much less than 50%. Each department has a waiting list of tasks to be done in a specific way so getting even simple tasks in the comapny is painfully slow.
