I didn't saw anything to dislike. But organisation may help their employees in loans (personel,home,etc) with lower interest rates & with other benefits.

It is upto to people what they want to opt a easy going work life or challenging work life. Lot of opportunities are there to lead & take the ownership. Company also supports for higher education & other certification with heavy investment on L&D

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
