The people are really good. That does depend from team to team but my experience with the team has been great. The seniors are really helpful and understanding. Work-life balance is great as well.

Dislikes

Appraisals are on the lower side and dude to it being a medical organisation since FDA is involved each new tool require their internal certification making the technology intake 2-3 years behind.

Appraisals are a bit low and the tech stack is old because of it being a medical company and FDA being involved.

Stryker is one of the best companies in India. It has a remarkable culture which should be attributed to the leadership team of SGTC. Unlike typical Indian companies, Stryker emphasizes on its core values.

Dislikes

There is nothing that I dislike about Stryker, even now after leaving the organization. I will forever be indebted to this company for the things that I have learned when I worked here.

Work Details

I worked in one of the best teams in SGTC, INS&SS. I worked as Senior Software Engineer for the instruments' division. Every day in Stryker was a day of growth and learning for me.
