This company has a very old tradition and worst management I've ever seen..Everyday you'll find a new notice with new rule and regulation.Old staff are playing games with new comers and too much politics. And there is one, the most corrupted man in this(no need to tell name everyone knows)organisation.

Dislikes

If you're taking leave you should realise that you did wrong. Too much politics. Don't get hike if you have had leaves.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. I have been working with structures Online since 2005. In my tenure i learnt a lot of things here. They provide every opportunity to groom employee's career. I joined as a junior detailer and currently working as a project manager. I really enjoyed and continue to enjoy this journey with Structures Online. It is the place of greatest minds.
