Salary is on time.tye only thing which is good as per an employee perspective.

Dislikes

This company doesn't even deserve 0.25 star. Being very stright & upfront its like a jail. Working hours as per HR is 9:30 to 6:30PM but as per team leaders it it 9:00 to 8:30 PM even more late on daily basis..if you ever leave on time or b came late by 10 minutes only, then they not even talk to you in a good manner & not assigned you the work for some hours (4A team leaders specially)....even the team leaders will pressurise you to work on each sunday & holidays also after a very hectic working schedule for the whole week....Very much work pressure that will be 3 times of your max work capacity....No job security....No rule...politics at its max..Very unprofessional...No HR policy...they change their rules daily...No personal life even you can't talk to your parents in office duration i.e 9AM to 8PM... ...Don't ever join..it was an torture by the team leaders..horrible & very unprofessional experience...!...Read More

Hello! It is unfortunate that your experience with the SOL Team was less than ideal. We have noted your feedback and will try our very best, like always, to improve on the relevant pointers. While the industry in itself is faced with the challenge of work-life balance, we continue to work towards ensuring a healthy working environment, including focus on working hours. The steps we have taken include monitoring of punch times and flagging unusually long hours, instituing overtime for many grades and departments, as well as increasing our manpower to deal with workload variability. Your account of working each Sunday seems unusual as we have an average system occupancy of less than 5% on Sundays for the calendar year of 2022. We are cognizant of the fact that certain time periods can be unusually hectic for some pockets, but that tends to be a short term scenario in most cases. Based on your feedback, we are inferring a specific dislike towards certain team leaders and management. Nevertheless, we are working towards adequate recognition for employees working extra during periods of high load, and also working towards stabdardizing employee experience across pockets.
