1. Some times they create to much pressure to do work after office time. 2.On the day of project submission. We have to submit the project at any cost on that day after the office time.Sometime it may completed after 12:00am(at mid night)

Seniors are very supportive. You can learn new things, they give you opportunity. Extra facility also provided.

There is no timing of job. Working hours not fix. They just say 9:30 to 6:30. Day of submission you have to submit the work weather it's 11 o'clock or 2 am whatever.

As a employee I have good experience to working with sol family. I like their senior staff they always ready to share their knowledge and experiences and the team leader have good attitude and have good behavior to me at all time and in others the receptionists are very helpful and answered to our questions.
