They Only Shows Good Things On Hiring Portal. A very big big politics company, where 4-5 management people's stay in company from last 20 years who dominate the company in bad way. Office reporting time is 9:30am sharp and leaving time is minimum is 8:00pm or no max limit is here. I leave office 8-9-10-11pm everyday. Even some daysI leave office 3am aur 4am and than 2hours of travel I do than they expect you came back office next day on same 9:30am time. If your work have best quality and you did continue from last 2-3 years they didn’t give you a good appraisal by designation or money and appreciations. And if you asked why this happened they told you, you are not well performing. You need to finish your 7 day work in 2 days and free your 5 days than ask to your Team leader for senior post work in those 5 days which is totally impossible. Some TL’s started working from this company and still working here bcoz they are 12th pass or ITI. They don’t have skills to crack another company’s interview. That’s why they stay and licking management foots. Some of peoples say that’s we never enjoy with our family. Some says we never ever seen my son while he’s growth from childhood to he starting earning. Think that how bad culture they working and force to work those junior or team. Didn’t recommend to those people who want to achieve big in their life.
