Here nobody would listen your problems regarding work if you are junior and they will put People in PIP for silly reasons and even if you try to talk about it with HR or seniors nobody actually cares and it feels more like a personal problem someone has with you. They do not care about your job security and even takes extra work from you in the name of performance improvement. and just throw you out anyday they hire someone new.
