Company is good to innovate new products. I worked as a part of team and always believe with team work. Now it has developed C N F system in the state, earlier was Super distributor concept. Now it is very easy to boost the market and will help to grow the business double.

Dislikes

I was working 2 major territories without any sales force. My senior did not value my suggestion and never co-operate to resolve my old issues to stream line the market. In the last before month of my tenure I had suggested some market distribution systems to enhance the ever growing busines which was not valued.
