Compensation is decent but u have to work really really hard. One or more teammates are good but no personal support.

Office timings are very bad........you will be asked to come at 9:00 but no fixed time for leaving from office, most often you'll be leaving at 8:00 PM. Work culture is not satisfactory.....juniors are unnecessarily pressurized.Growth is minimum. They are still working in the traditional way through more paper work which is very time consuming and reluctant to shift on digital work. Their demat accounts are still opening through a 35 pages booklet which takes 2-3 days for processing which makes them difficult to compete with other companies who are opening the same within minutes through online processing....Read More

Policies relating to promotion, Salaries are pathetic.There is no clarity in Policies. Almost 18-20 years many employees work on same designation on junior level. Senior management does not give emphasis on product development. Almost all companies products/ services performing poor. Revenue is generated only from 1-2 products & company is totally relying on that only.
